Hello! Yes we are still alive. I had a long Christmas post written on my Ipad and then managed to delete it two weeks ago. I was sick about it and my regular computer has been not working well. Lucky me, Santa took really good care of me and I am back up operating.
Ahh, back to Christmas. We started our Christmas celebration at Denver's parents. They live on a lake and it is beautiful. We drove down Saturday night before Christmas and had Christmas on Sunday. This is what I saw outside my window that morning. Isn't it a pretty grey morning?
We had a fabulous Christmas with them. I got a new Ipad case that includes a keyboard which I managed to type out a whole post and delete it, a new sewing machine. I was pretty excited and didn't expect it. I have no idea what I am going to sew, but I have always wanted one. We even broke it out and used it to repair some pants for Denver when we got home. Now that we went to the trouble of setting it up, I am leaving it up. I am even considering sewing a cover, or maybe ordering one off Etsy. Ha! I am not lying, I did look to see just how much they were.
I also got a really cool Monogram necklace I have been wanting with my initials. I really like it and have worn it several times. Isn't it pretty? I promise it is even better out of the packaging.
We made the journey home and had my mom's Eoff family Christmas on Sunday evening. I always enjoy getting together with my cousin, Linda and her family. We don't see each other near often enough! I was also off Christmas eve which was perfect so we could go to the service at Church and then head back to my parents to do Christmas with my parents, sisters and their families. Brycen helped me open my gifts. He was so sweet and careful helping! He had no interest in his presents because someone gave him a little action figurine and that was all he really needed this Christmas.
My older sister, Tara, got both the boys Pottery Barn chairs with their names on them. They were so cute! This is Brycen with my other sister's dog. He can't decide if he wants to play his new toy or play with the dog.
This is Christmas at my parents. It is full of chaos but we wouldn't have it any other way. Everyone has their presents and we usually watch the kids open first. Jude is helping Brycen open his gifts since he is preoccupied.
Jilian is extremely happy with all her gifts if you can't tell!
Jude got some big gifts that he has to put together. We went in with my sister and bought him a deluxe Lego set. It was one of those presents you have to fight the Target crowd the night of Thanksgiving. And she drug it all the way from CA. Crazy I know...
All of us kids got my mom a new Ipad. Jilian and Thompson spent more time playing on it then she did the first few days. Jilian even had it all set up for her.
Brycen and Jude helped me make cookies for Santa. We all know Santa likes Chocolate Chip cookies the best!Don't they look good?
Even Strawberry Shortcake made an appearance this Christmas at my parents house! My mom has had this since I was a kid so it was a nice surprise to see.
Sadly, I didn't get any pictures of Christmas, but we went to my grandparents house. I was really glad that I got to spend so much time with my family this year. It was a great meal and afternoon of resting with my parents. My dad and I hung out in the living room while Denver went hunting. That night we had some leftovers and got ready to head back to Fayetteville. It was snowing so I did have a white Christmas! This was the highway on the way home. These were our lights and you can barely tell we had any snow when we got home. Denver let me take pictures so I would have proof!
This was my parents house a couple of days later when we got more snow. Isn't it beautiful? This is their driveway and fountain out front. My sister took this picture and I think it could be worthy of a post card.
Did you have a good Christmas?

Make me relive Christmas all again! I had the best time this year being home with everyone! I know the boys did and they continue to remind me daily on how much they miss Arkansas. :) Only a few more months... Love u! Miss u!
