A Fun Christmas Weekend

Last weekend we had a great weekend. We invited our small group from church over for a Christmas party. Meredith brought gingerbread kits and we had a little competition between boys and girls. Ours won by a landslide. Isn't it the cutest?

 

Here was the girls group. It isn't everyone in our small group, but just the ones that were able to come. I am blessed with a great group of ladies.

You can tell Denver was the main one putting together the boy's house in the living room. The rest of them were encouraging from their side of the room I am sure ;)

 

Saturday we did some Christmas shopping in Rogers, and just enjoyed hanging out together.

 

Sunday we got up early and went to the early service. We came home and got ready to go to Branson. We went to Silver Dollar City with my family. The kids always get their pictures made with Santa ever since they were born.

 

 

We watched the Christmas tree show before we left. I love it every year!

 

We also watched two shows while we were there. My mom insisting on going, so we went along because it was cold and I enjoy a great show. We watched "Its a Wonderful Life!" It was really good.

We also watched "A Dickens' Christmas Carol." It was the best production of the two. It was just as good as any Broadway show, so you should definitely go see it!

It was definitely a busy weekend, but I am glad we made lots of wonderful memories!
